Do you allow add-ons to an order already placed? 

Yes, we do currently allow add-ons to orders. You can send us an email to request this and we will instruct you on how to do so properly. Please note that this may add a delay in your order turn-around time. In most cases, we will instruct you to create an additional order on the website for the transfers you need and choose local pickup at checkout in order to combine shipping with your previous order. However, if you chose first-class shipping on your first order, and your order weight total now exceeds 13oz, then your order will have to move up to priority mail, so if a balance is due for this, we will notify you and send a Paypal invoice for the balance. It is also a good idea, to notate in the order notes section at checkout that you "need to combine shipping with order # ."

Can we use your mockups in our own groups?

Yes, you can use any mock-up provided  by us on our website or in our Facebook group. We do ask that you use your own watermark over the mock-up when doing so. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to ask.

(1) Can I add items to an order I already placed?

Yes! We do allow add-ons. Here's how: Place a second order on the site for the additional transfers. Choose “local pickup” to avoid extra shipping, and add a note that says: “Combine with order #_____.” Shipping note: If your original order used First-Class Mail and the combined weight exceeds 13 oz, we’ll need to upgrade it to Priority Mail. If a balance is due, we’ll notify you and send an invoice for the difference.

(2) Can I use your mockups to promote products in my group?

Yes, absolutely! You’re welcome to use any mockups found on our website or in our Facebook group. We just ask that you: Use your own watermark over the mockup. Feel free to reach out with any questions or for clarification.

(2) Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we offer local pickup 24/7. Please do not come to pick up your order until you receive the email notification that your order is ready for pick up. Option 1: You can pick up from our from our storefront M-F 9-5. Option 2: You can request (by email) that we leave your order in the after-hours pickup bin outside so that you can pick up at your convenience. We are not responsible for any damage or theft to any orders left in the after-hours pick up bin.

(2) How do I know when my order is ready for pick up?

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped or is ready for local pickup.

LOCAL PICKUP CUSTOMERS - Please do not come to pick up your order until you receive email notification that your order is ready for pick up. If you show up early or call early, this puts unnecessary stress on the printer-operator.

We also want to clarify that same-day readiness does not mean immediate availability, and we appreciate everyone’s patience as we work to complete each order as efficiently as possible. We do not guarantee specific times that the order will be ready. Printing is a detailed process that involves multiple steps, including preparing the order for print, replacing ink, film, and other supplies as needed, printing the gang sheet, performing quality checks, and preparing the order for pickup. Additionally, we manage multiple orders each day, all of which must be processed for pickup or shipping. Thank you for your understanding!
