LOCAL PICKUP CUSTOMERS

We are spending a lot of time every day redirecting local pickup customers and answering the same questions. Please take a moment to read this in full.

ORDERS ARE NOT READY UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE EMAIL

Your confirmation email only means we received your order. Your “Ready for Pickup” email is the signal that your order is complete. It is vital that you have access to your email so you can receive these notifications.

WE CANNOT GIVE ESTIMATED PICKUP TIMES

There are several reasons why:

  • Prints sometimes need to be re-done if something goes wrong during printing.
  • Orders are printed in the order they are received.
  • In the past, giving an estimated time has led to frustration if production took longer than expected.

Because of this, we will never guarantee or estimate a pickup time.

SAME-DAY PICKUP DOES NOT MEAN INSTANT AVAILABILITY

“Same-day” means it will be completed that day — not immediately after ordering.

AFTER-HOURS PICKUP

The Local Thread storefront closes at 5 PM. We Are DTF Transfers continues printing until every order scheduled for the day is finished.

 NO ORDER IS GUARANTEED TO BE READY BY 5 PM

If your order is not ready (meaning you have not received the “Ready for Pickup” email) by 5 PM, please do not arrive expecting to pick up. If you would like your order placed in the after-hours pickup box, you must email wearedtftransfers@gmail.com— you can not do this by phone, you will have to email so that it goes directly to the printer operator. When standing at the main door facing the entrance, go left, turn right, and you’ll see the pickup box on the backside of the building. Your order will only be placed in that box if you email and request it. Thank you for helping us keep operations organized and on schedule. We truly appreciate our local customers and your cooperation in following these pickup policies.
