At We Are DTF Transfers, our goal is to print and ship your orders as quickly as possible while maintaining top-quality results.

Turnaround Time (TAT)

Our standard TAT is same-day for all orders placed by 12:00 PM EST. What “same-day” means: Your order will be printed and dropped off at the appropriate shipping facility or made available for pickup on the same day it’s ordered (if placed by noon).Please note: “Same-day” does not guarantee same-day delivery or instant pickup. Packages dropped off late in the day may not be scanned in until the next business day, Turnaround time refers only to production, not shipping speed. Please select the correct shipping option at checkout based on how quickly you need your order.

Occasional Maintenance:
There are rare occasions when we may need to pause printing to perform maintenance on our printers.
If this ever occurs and your order cannot be printed within our normal TAT, we will always email you to let you know and update you on the new expected completion time.

Local Pickup Customers

Same-day pickup does not mean instant availability. This means your order will be completed that day, but not ready immediately after you place it.

Our partner storefront, The Local Thread, closes at 5 PM, but We Are DTF Transfers continues printing until every same-day order is completed.

No order is guaranteed to be ready by 5 PM. If your order is not ready (meaning you have not received your “Ready for Pickup” email), please do not arrive expecting pickup before confirmation.

After-Hours Pickup

If you need to pick up your order after hours, please email us at wearedtftransfers@gmail.com to request placement in the after-hours pickup box. Phone requests are not accepted, as emails go directly to the print operator.

Pickup box location

When standing at the main entrance, go left, then right around the building. The pickup box is located on the back side of the building. Your order will only be placed in the box if you email and request it.
